GOES Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with GOES. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

During new product launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Domestic Orders: 2–7 business days

International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders during promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. GOES is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. GOES is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at godoneveryside@gmail.com and we'll help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged item(s)

Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and work to provide a suitable resolution.
